How to use AutoPro91.
Twelve things dealers ask most, answered with the screen that does the job. No manual, no training video.
How do I create my account?
One number, one lot. There is no password to remember and nothing to set up on a computer.
- Open the app and enter your mobile number — or tap Continue with Google.
- Type the six-digit code we text you. It stays valid for five minutes.
- Enter your business name, your name and your city. This is what buyers see when you share a car.
- That is the whole setup. You land on your lot, empty and ready.
How do I add a car to my inventory?
A registration number is enough. Everything else can be filled in when you are back at the desk.
- Tap the + in the bottom bar.
- Type the registration number. It uppercases and spaces itself as you type.
- Pick the fuel type if you know it, then tap Add to inventory.
- The car appears on your lot immediately, and a "bought today" entry is written into History.
Where do I fill in the model, variant and condition?
Open any car and work down the sections. One opens at a time, so you always know where you are.
- Tap the car, then Edit.
- Work through Vehicle, Running, Purchase and Condition. Each section shows how many fields are still empty.
- Save. A part-filled record is fine — the counts tell you what is left.
How do I keep a car's papers in the app?
Six document sets per vehicle, grouped by the stage of the deal they belong to.
- Open the car and go to Documents.
- Tap a group — Purchase & RC, Insurance & tax, Clearance, Handover — and photograph each paper with the phone.
- Anything still missing shows in orange, with a count on the vehicle card.
How do I find a car I own — or one I sold last year?
One search box across every record you have ever held, on the lot or long gone.
- Tap the search bar on the home screen.
- Type any part of a registration number, a model, a variant, a transmission, a year or a buyer's name.
- Results group into On lot and Sold, with your term highlighted in each match.
How do I see which cars are ageing?
Days-on-lot sits on every card, and the list sorts by whatever is bothering you this week.
- Open Inventory from the bottom bar.
- Read the day count on each card: green under 30 days, amber to 60, red past 60.
- Filter by fuel, transmission or condition, or sort by oldest stock first.
How do I send a car to a buyer without leaking my numbers?
A buyer card carries the photographs, the specification and the asking price. Nothing else can get onto it.
- Open the car and tap Share.
- Choose Share image or Share PDF, and decide whether the asking price appears at all.
- Pick WhatsApp — or anything else on your phone — and send.
Can I hide the money in the app?
Amounts are hidden by default. They stay saved — they simply do not show on screen until you ask.
- Go to Profile, then Privacy.
- Leave "Show money in the app" off to keep every amount masked on every screen.
- Turn it on when you need the figures, and off again when you hand someone the phone.
How do I mark a car as sold?
One tap if the details are already in. If they are not, the app asks for the three it needs.
- Open the car and tap Mark as sold.
- If the date, buyer or amount is missing, fill the sheet that appears. If all three are already saved, the sale goes through without it.
- The car leaves Inventory, lands in History dated today, and you end up on its record.
How do I look up a past deal?
Every purchase and every sale, dated, in one ledger you can filter.
- Open History from the bottom bar.
- Filter by Bought or Sold, or pick a period — this month, the quarter, the year, or your own dates.
- Tap any row to open the full record, papers included.
How do I understand my numbers?
Cost of inventory, what is ageing, and this quarter against the same quarter last year.
- Open Insights from the bottom bar.
- Tap the cost of inventory card to reveal or re-hide the figure.
- Read the quarter bars: orange is this year, sand is the same quarter last year.
- Tap any ageing band to jump straight into Inventory with that filter applied.
What do the plans limit, and how do I change mine?
Plans cap how many cars you hold on the lot at once. Sold cars never count against it.
- Go to Profile. The plan card shows your limit and how much of it you are using.
- Tap See plans, then Switch to the one you want.
- Nothing happens to your records when you move between plans.
